    Pros

    Legitimately saving the community banking industry, which is critical to the sustainability and growth of America. It's really easy to drink the Kool-Aid, which has no downsides. I was always very proud of our meaningful work.

    Cons

    Many growing pains. However, the company secured a large investment and has been on a hiring rampage. Many of the cons I experienced likely no longer exist.

    Keep scaling
