- Structure of the sales teams creates distracting and demotivating internal competition and conflict -- and management doesn't want to deal with it - Rapidly becoming very "top-down" with more and more layers of upper management constantly added. - CEO is particularly emotional and reacts poorly to criticism;. Advice to Management
Stop telling employess how they SHOULD feel about things and how great they've got it and LISTEN. Obviously this type of turnover wouldn't occur if things were great.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Conversant (Chicago, IL).
After reaching out directly to the head of recruiting, we had a great 45 minute phone call about the role and how I might be a solid fit. At the end of the call, the head of recruiting said he wanted to put me in touch with the hiring manager in the next two days. Then I never heard from them again.
