I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Conversant (Chicago, IL).
After reaching out directly to the head of recruiting, we had a great 45 minute phone call about the role and how I might be a solid fit. At the end of the call, the head of recruiting said he wanted to put me in touch with the hiring manager in the next two days. Then I never heard from them again.
