    Pros

    Cutting edge product, the atmosphere of teamwork among the sales team and managers makes this a great place to work. Customers love the product after buying and recommend me to other dealers. Company is growing like crazy and earlier this year they actually increased the commission plan. Normally a pay change is the other way. I like the vacation policy of take as you need rather than a set amount.

    Cons

    We need to get our field people together more often and have fun together.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing, the monthly call from our CEO is a great step in keeping us out here in the field aware. The management changes in the past 8 months have really helped the morale of the company!

    "Explosive Growth" company = Investor cash infusion and many new senior management types with lofty titles but questionable credentials. 3 very high level people involved in my (unsuccessful) interview, and the questions were not very helpful or thought out between the 3 of them. In hind sight, their emphasis was on having been involved in a startup previously -- no idea why they think that so important, but the newly hired mucky-mucks I spoke with seemed to be stuck on that point.
