    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Cook Children's Health Care System (Fort Worth, TX) in July 2015.

    Interview

The overall process was good. I was interviewed by a panel of a nurse manager, a current nurse resident, and an educator. Everyone was very friendly. I was asked 10-15 behavioral questions with a difficult patient scenario. They were writing things and checking boxes off with checkmarks as I answered questions which was nerve racking. I toured the hospital for almost an hour after.

    • Describe a time when a coworker or faculty member made an unpopular decision and how did you go about it?   Answer Question
