    I have been working at Cooper Crouse-Hinds full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Having started in customer service the opportunities for training is vast.
    Great pay and benefits.
    Support from management in seeking advancement in employment and personal growth.

    Cons

    With strict rules in place since the merger with Eaton it has made it difficult to further a career with the company and though I have years of experience with the company and management has been very supportive I am unable to be a candidate for other areas of employment without a Bachelors degree.

    Basically just be prepared to answer questions about whether you are motivated to learn new things, if you are a problem solver, if you are able to read wiring diagrams and if you have any experience in the electrical field. Have you ever used an air driver. Are you a people person that can work with a group of people or alone without any problems.
