    I have been working at Cooper Lighting full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    well for one it pays good money but also the learning of fixing lights and assembling them is a great experience to learn.

    Cons

    not to many sick days that you can take plus the insurance they offer is not very good.

    well the management is running just fine. no complaints.
