    I worked at Coperion

    Pros

If you are a smooth talker you can work your self straight to the top with vary little knowledge of the product they selling. The benefits are ok if you don't get sick.

    Cons

Run, Run, Run. They only care about profits, Not the workers. Sinking Ship. The company might be sold off because the profits are not reaching expectations.

    Advice to Management

Nothing can help them, only the future will expose them all.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at Coperion (Salina, KS) in March 2015.

    Interview

The interview process was straight forward with several one on one interviews after getting through the phone interview. This is a very good place to work and everyone is really friendly.
