    I worked at Coperion

    Pros

If you are a smooth talker you can work your self straight to the top with vary little knowledge of the product they selling. The benefits are ok if you don't get sick.

    Cons

Run, Run, Run. They only care about profits, Not the workers. Sinking Ship. The company might be sold off because the profits are not reaching expectations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nothing can help them, only the future will expose them all.

    Process Engineering Co-Op Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Ramsey, NJ
    Application Details

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Coperion in November 2013.

    Interview Details

I applied through my college recruiting website and received an invitation for an on campus interview. The interview consisted of a 1:1 interview, one with an Engineering Manager. The interview was very laid back. The interviewer explained the position and talked about the company and core values. Then I was asked two or three general questions. It was very simple, casual and laid back. I was then invited back to interview in person [3 1:1 interviews and one Panel Interview]. The questions were mainly scenario questions "Tell me about a time you experienced a difficult situation and how you overcame it. From what I gather they just want to see that you can work well with the rest of Engineers and that you can problem solve and think on your own.
