My position allows me to have the weekends off. I also get to use social media as a basis for me to achieve my goals.
Compensation seems to be equal to market competitors, however employee reviews are lacking, and innovation for efficiency that employees try to convey are often ignored. Not much room for advancement.
Advice to Management
Training and communication are key. Lack of training could easily be mistaken for laziness which leads to several issues. Team roles and accountability by all levels of staff and management could improve many things.
