    Pros

    Pros:
    - fast paced
    - lots of individual responsibility and flexibility
    - great internal structure and ability to learn

    Cons

    Cons:
    - difficult to progress in your career path
    - difficult to communicate between teams

    It was a straight forward process. Just need explain your past history and how you will help the company. You meet with the human resources manager, and then you meet with the team you will be placed on. the human resources manager was great! super friendly and easy going. everyone else is very busy
