    Pros

    Great learning experience, high visibility, on the job training. Coworkers for the most part are friendly and easy to work with.

    Cons

    High pressure due to not enough resources in any position. High turn over rates cause a lot of stress and client concern. Bonus never paid on time or if at all.

    Advice to Management

    Hire many more people for all departments. Keep upper management consistent as there are way too many changes in these higher positions.
