Heald

Heald College is one of the nation's oldest business career colleges in the Western United States with roots extending back to 1863. Heald has 12 campuses located in Oregon, California and Hawaii, and offers career-focused programs in the fields of health care, business, legal and technology.

QuickStart Intelligence

Since its beginning in 1988, QuickStart Intelligence's mission is to help IT professionals achieve their career goals by providing quality classroom and online IT training. They do this by offering a variety of technical and developer courses at 10 regional education centers throughout the western United States, as well as through online classes.

Our schools provide an education that is focused on the job-oriented needs of nontraditional students in a learning environment that fosters on-the-job success.*  We also go one step further by helping our graduates find the right jobs, and in the process, helping employers find the skilled workers they need.

In addition, you can save on out-of-pocket health care and dependent care expenses by paying for these costs with pre-tax money through a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). If you’re enrolled in a CCi medical plan, you and your spouse or domestic partner are also eligible to participate in My Healthy Advantage — our wellness initiative. My Healthy Advantage helps you reach your optimal health and well-being through a variety of free tools and resources.

For your wealth...

CCi provides opportunities to save for your future through a 401(k) retirement savings plan and an employee stock purchase plan (ESPP).

For your life...

CCi offers life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance to you and your eligible dependents. CCi also provides Business Travel Accident insurance, which gives you access to benefits if you’re involved in an accident that occurs while traveling on company business. If you’re sick or injured and unable to work, CCi offers a combination of sick leave and short- and long-term disability coverage. You and your family members have access to an Employees Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP is free and provides assistance with personal issues, including (but not limited to) stress, depression and marital problems. There are also a number of other employee-paid voluntary benefits available, including long term care, auto/home insurance, group legal, transportation reimbursement plans and pet insurance.
