What is there not to like. We work M-F No nights, No Weekends. Pulse is a great product. We are given all of the tools to make sales and money. We are provided training, a working computer and a phone. We work in an exquisite office, in a nice building. We are provided great benefits, including salary, medical, dental, life insurance, vacation days, pto and from time to time company provides paid lunches.
It is a shame that some individuals that used to work here and a few current employees at Cortera are lazy. You need to pick up the phone and make calls. Deals are not going to fall on your desk. Hard work does not go unnoticed. There are daily spiff and monthly bonuses which are very generous.
Advice to Management
My advice to management is to have monthly or quarterly meetings in small groups to see who is in the game and who is not. The people that do not have their head in the game to be coached or removed quickly.

I applied through a recruiter – interviewed at Cortera (Boca Raton, FL) in January 2014.
They called, had me come in for a face to face then I got the offer letter same day. Filled out the offer letter then faxed it in. Started the job the following Monday. Worse decision ever excepting that job.
