    Executive Director Interview

    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Country Meadows Retirement Communities.

    Interview Details

A mostly disappointing experience. I really wanted to like the company. The phone interview went well. The 1:1 process was a whole different story. The interviewer was short, busy, and seemingly uninterested in the entire process. Although it was a job I desired, I was turned off to what would be my leadership. Each question I asked seemed to be an annoyance.

    Interview Questions
    • The follow-up questions. Each question I answered was rephrased and asked again. For example, "Give me an example of how you might have positively dealt with a staff shortage issue in the past?" I answered with an example and concluded "so the decision I made positively affected the staffing shortage, remained under budget and improved customer satisfaction." Follow-up question... "So you positively affected the staffing issues and improved your customer satisfaction while remaining under budget?" That's what I just said. As if it was to be believed. This was the entire interview.   Answer Question
