I worked at Cousins Subs part-time (more than 3 years)Pros
The people I worked with were great and I was rarely overstressed. The management was always available and flexible whenever I need to change shifts. The hierarchy was very apparent.Cons
There were no set hours, lots of weekends and night shifts, and low pay, but it's all to be expected with the fast food industry.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Try and establish a more determined schedule to help the employees plan the rest of their lives. It's the nature of the business to always have shifting schedules, but reliable hours go a long way, and make things much easier.Neutral Outlook

You can feed the whole clan at this chain of sandwich shops. Cousins Submarines operates and franchises more than 100 Cousins Subs Sandwich Shops in Wisconsin and a handful of other states. The quick-service restaurants offer a variety of submarine-style sandwiches, served both hot and cold, as well as gourmet sandwiches, salads, and sides. Company president William Specht opened the first Cousins Subs in Milwaukee with -- you guessed it -- his cousin, James Sheppard, in 1972.
