I worked at Cousins Subs part-time (more than a year)

It is an easy job to pick up. All aspects of working their are fairly simple, but everything must be done to perfection. The work environment is semi-peaceful, and you do not need to expend much physically.

There is much expected of you from the higher-up management. There are many regulations that can be difficult to follow and tedious steps that must be performed when carrying out actions, such as taking a customers order and having to tell them about every deal and sweepstake they can take advantage of.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Seek perfection from all areas, but do not expect it and punish those who do not achieve it.

    Negative Outlook
