    A short term job

I worked at Cousins Subs part-time (more than 3 years)

The people I worked with were great and I was rarely overstressed. The management was always available and flexible whenever I need to change shifts. The hierarchy was very apparent.

There were no set hours, lots of weekends and night shifts, and low pay, but it's all to be expected with the fast food industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try and establish a more determined schedule to help the employees plan the rest of their lives. It's the nature of the business to always have shifting schedules, but reliable hours go a long way, and make things much easier.
