  • Not bad , but can be tiring and frustrating having to fill detailed performance review forms.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Coutts & Co.

    Interview

I applied in November, then I was invited to take a numerical test and logical test. They are different from SHL format and they are adaptive to your performance. I passed the test and they provided with an electronic feedback. Then I was invited to a phone interview in December. The questions are predictable and straight-forward. The HR staff was basically copying down everything I answered.
I was told that I passed the benchmark of the interview but there was no more space for the assessment centre. They have put me into Adam & Co 's graduate scheme and I have not heard back from them.
