The Covance Charitable Foundation sponsored it's 4th pop-up CARE Clinic in Kansas City, Missouri in April of this year. The clinic offers under-insured and uninsured patients the opportunity to see physicians in several therapeutic areas. These clinics often treat more than 1,000 patients in just one day.

I love working in the Early Clinical division of Covance. I LOVE the Senior Director- she makes a true effort to make you feel as if you are a part of a team. My Line Manager is always concerned about my work-life balance as well as future goals. It's nice having someone on your side who also cares about your career development. I feel that the company values quality over quantity. They stay true to their "1-2" protocol policy. I feel busy, but not overwhelmed - as I did at a previous CRO. I also enjoy working with the folks on my study teams. They are experienced and I feel that I have learned a lot from them in my time here.
I can't really think of anything. The pay could be better, however, I don't mind. I'll trade a little less money for respect, work-life balance, and feeling valued.
