I love working in the Early Clinical division of Covance. I LOVE the Senior Director- she makes a true effort to make you feel as if you are a part of a team. My Line Manager is always concerned about my work-life balance as well as future goals. It's nice having someone on your side who also cares about your career development. I feel that the company values quality over quantity. They stay true to their "1-2" protocol policy. I feel busy, but not overwhelmed - as I did at a previous CRO. I also enjoy working with the folks on my study teams. They are experienced and I feel that I have learned a lot from them in my time here.
I can't really think of anything. The pay could be better, however, I don't mind. I'll trade a little less money for respect, work-life balance, and feeling valued.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing! The investment that you're making in your employees will continue to pay off.

I applied online – interviewed at Covance.
I applied online through there career website. After 5 days, I was contacted via email requesting a phone screen interview. The recruiter called on our scheduled date and called on time. The recruiter informed me that notes is being taken through the phone screen interview process. After the phone screen interview, recruiter said I will be contacted in 7 business days via email to know the proceeding process. I was actually contacted via email in 2 days by a recruiter to schedule a face-to face interview. I was then contacted again via email by the manager at the site to do a phone interview instead. I responded to the date and time preference as requested. I was never contacted by the manager..
