    I worked at Covenant Dove full-time (more than 3 years)


    Corporate office is lenient with requesting time off, making up time etc, casual dress, no micromanaging, can get away with doing bare minimum. Annual raise based on how much they like you vs actual job performance. Free popcorn and sodas...and occasionally a free lunch.


    No advancement potential, no recognition for quality employees, no incentives for going above and beyond, constant changes to policies (ins premiums increase, vacation time changes, bonus changes etc). Very unorganized and they do not care about qualifications or education. They will move you from position to position with no warning (or even asking if you want to do position) and all are "lateral" so you will not get a raise. Annual raise only 3% at the most which doesn't offset their increases in health insurance premiums and changes to vacation policy etc. They Offer "contests" to win money but never follow through with them (you never get the prize). HR dept is horrible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Reward quality employees. Quit lying about posting positions internally (only internally posted positions are entry level-every thing else is put on Indeed without any notice to current employees). Hold facilities accountable as well as BOC's and HR. utilize employees based on strengths. Senior management Is far removed from employees because none are actually located in Memphis (where the corporate office is located). CFO needs to grow a set to accomplish what needs to be done. Stop buying refurbished equipment. Do background checks on temps before bringing on board so no one wastes 3 months training them just for them to fail when you decide to make them permanent. Drug test corporate employees.

    VERY LONG and stressful they take way to long to hire...took two weeks just to get my background check back it was ridiculous ...i should have left then! worked and haven't got paid plan to quit soon
