    Pros

Some flexibility, great office location, some good coworkers at lower level

    Cons

Senior management is worst in my career. Tons of blatant descrimination, hostile work environment, no resource/people skills. Holds work visa people like hostages.

    Advice to Management

    Treat people like human beings.

    • Write a full application, console/file processing, configurable on delimeter, and validation of file columns, and process to an XML file output. Also was asked how far my commute was and whether I had children I need to get home to.   Answer Question
