Standard application and written test. It consisted of finding logical errors in C, C++, Java ect.code sections. Anyone with a computer science degree should not have a problem with it. There were 4 (30-40 min) phone interviews in which 2 were technical. Onsite interview with 3 employees. 3.5 hours total with 30 minute coding problem. I had a positive experience. Everyone knew their stuff and were very professional.
