People who succeed at our firm come from diverse backgrounds and share several common traits – vision, tenacity and empathy. Vision focuses on where we are collectively headed, tenacity is the effort consistently applied to get there even when presented with obstacles, and empathy is a deep understanding and concern for colleagues and clients along the way.

Top notch analysts and much improved platform. Smart sales people and great working culture. DOR has strong vision. CEO is enthusiastic and on the front lines.
Pay was not on par with similar sized shops in Sales and Trading because of a need to return profit to shareholders. Management at risk of trying to make a mid tier, high quality firm into a jack of all trades mini bulge.
Advice to Management
Keep building the culture of being exceptional. build on strengths, pay people better to build a stronger culture.

All behavioral questions - very conversational actually. Both guys were easy to talk to, which made for a good interview experience.
