Former Employee - Lab Technician in Easton, PA

I worked at Crayola as a contractor (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good people, very flexible, creative atmosphere. Lots of opportunity to work on your own ideas. Work can be very fun.

    Cons

Poor compensation and benefits. Company does not seem to really value or respect its employees, causing many to do the minimum to get by.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect those who work for you, and give credit where credit is due. Understand that development inherently takes time, and that quality suffers when overly rushed.
