    Pros

Great for developing relationships and gaining skills. Real effort by management to create a culture of teamwork.

    Cons

No work life balance and terrible pay. Extremely political if you plan on staying.

    Advice to Management

Should pay the assistants better considering how hard they all work.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Creative Artists Agency (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2015.

    Interview

First, I interviewed on the phone with HR rep. She asked me really basic questions about myself. Second, about a week later, they had me come in and meet the HR rep in person, as well as the accounting supervisor. The HR rep just asked me general questions. The accounting supervisor just told me about the role in great detail. She asked me what I do at work currently & if I had questions for her. Third, they had me come in another week later and meet the controller. Her questions were more specific to that job.
