I have been working at Credera full-time (More than a year)RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEORecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
Compensation is better than my prior company. Bonuses are very much merit based (and sizable!). The performance management system is lengthy but generally very fair. The company culture is excellent and very family-like. People here really want to get to know you for who you are. The office is modern and comfortable and in an excellent location in addison. Leaders lead by serving and example, which is the best kind of leadership there is.
Sometimes it can be hard to stay in touch with the main office if you are staffed at a client for a long time but it's up to the employee to make sure they stay connected with the "mothership."
Advice to Management
Keep investing in your people as well as your clients. Also consider having more opportunities for cross-practice gatherings to help connect more employees.
Getting an Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Credera.
I was interviewed for a consultant role in the Microsoft practice. My background is C#, SQL, XAML, etc.
Overall, the interview process was great and I was rather impressed by their team. Each of the interviewers had relevant questions pertaining to the topic of each interview and was very knowledgeable about the company.
Over a time period of two weeks, I interviewed with six team members.
1) Initial Interview -> Goal was to see if I would be a fit for the culture and an opportunity to ask questions about their delivery model, history, etc.
2) Process Interview -> Had me walk them through some process enhancements I've done in the past and asked questions like "What was the problem in the process and how did you fix the it?"
3) Technical Interview -> Went to the whiteboard and rather than having me solve problems he came up with, he asked me to walk him through something I knew how to do and describe it to him (very refreshing). I wrote up an MVVM implementation of a C# application.
4) Partner Interview -> Again, this was primarily to get a feel of who I am. He asked questions about the projects I've worked on and I explained them.
5) Another Technical Interview -> Presented me with a abstract problem (in C#) and asked me to talk him through how I might fix it, what technologies I might use, etc.
6) CEO Interview -> Goal was to get to know me, my background, and again, decide if I would be a good fit with the culture. He was VERY transparent about how the company works, what his vision is for the company, and proved to me that they do live by their company values.
