I worked at Critical Care Systems International full-time (More than 8 years)

Privately owned national company with excellent benefits. "Family" feel to the work experience even with management. Each branch independently run like a small business.

The purchase by Accredo/Medco significantly decreased market share. Quality of service and employee satisfaction plummeted. Too much turn-over in upper management. Branches were no longer allowed to function independently and revenues declined.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Critical Care Systems International.

My interview was with a former colleague at another company where we both worked. She contacted me about interviewing for the open position. Since we already had knowledge of each other, the interview process went very well. All I had to do was fill her in on what I had accomplished since the time we worked together.

    Interview Questions

I was able to negotiate an agreeable salary.
