Critical Logic was good at one thing: getting me my next job.

I have been working at Critical Logic

    1. They did work very hard to not fire people. You could be completely incompetent at your job and you received ample training.
    2. Free soda and bagels
    3. Yearly bonus (for a while)
    4. Company parties occasionally

That pro listed above was their biggest downside. They refused to fire people who were awful at their job. When someone else struggled and received training and a more lax job load, everyone else got more work for the same pay. Management did not listen to employees and morale was terribly low. The pay was also a joke. Oh, there was also blatant disregard for hostile work environment including lewd jokes, disregard for personal space, etc. HR nightmare and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees. If anyone had a complaint it never would make it to senior management because it was shut down immediately. Get rid of the employees not pulling their weight and promote those who deserve it.
