I worked at Critical Logic full-time (Less than a year)Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookDoesn't RecommendNeutral Outlook
Critical Logic is very oriented towards the bleeding edge of best practices int he software testing industry. The education you will get there in HOW to test software, how to review requirements, and how to integrate into all steps in the software-development cycle is likely second to none. You really do become a software-testing expert here if you pay attention. It makes performing tasks at other QA jobs a complete cakewalk.
The corporate culture is pretty dysfunctional. They were working on it when I left, but they weren't admitting the depth of the issues to themselves at that time. I do feel that this job gave me a very skewed perspective on how an office should work and what it is like. I know that my soft-skills took a hit working here and they don't do justice to the technical skills I picked up while working for this company.
Advice to Management
Work on the office culture -- the dysfunction does show through to the clients!
