    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Crown Equipment full-time (Less than a year)

Good money, decent benefits, always growing, room to advance, there is always overtime if you want to work it, there is not a lot of mandatory overtime, all around great place to work so far, fairly new to the company

The only con I could say about working at crown right now is that I was use to the more laid back type of atmosphere in a smaller shop compared to crown, its a bigger company and a little more strict I guess you could say. But as long as you do your job and show up to work, theres nothing to worry about!

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing, I really like it in the fab department and look forward to progressing throughout the company after I graduate.

I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at Crown Equipment (New Bremen, OH) in May 2015.

I first had a phone interview, and then, I was brought in for an in person interview. The interview process was very easy, and the people I interviewed with were very professional and personable.
