    Great professional nurses extremely competent. Great surgeons oncologists cardiologist


    Middle management spends little time with the staff. You are on your own to manage your unit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management is your job, profit streams that will help the Hospital are not emphasized, or taken to other parts of the system. This hurts continuity of care and the public image of the Hospital.
