Vice President of Medical Affairs, International
Alice was hired in the fall of 2013 as Vice President of Medical Affairs, International, charged with building Cubist’s Medical Affairs infrastructure as the company expands its international operations, which are headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. A native of Austria (Vienna) who speaks German, English and French, Alice is an MD and received her medical degree from the University of Vienna. She is eager to be a part of Cubist’s international expansion and help lay the groundwork for the company’s strong presence in the region.
Director of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
Sharon was hired in January 2013 as Director of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), charged with evaluating the company’s existing EHS program and enhancing it with an eye towards the future. With a background and passion for solving management system challenges, Sharon is eager to prepare Cubist employees for a variety of potential situations.
Director of Quality Assurance
Carlos joined Cubist in mid-February and was drawn to the cultural elements demonstrated by those he met during the interview process. Affirming his inclination, Carlos continues to appreciate the ways employees get engaged in and take ownership of their projects.
