    I have been working at CulinArt full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Oversee the overall operation of the food production kitchen and it's employees.

    Cons

    Minimum materials to work with. Upper Management knows less than I do. Not enough money involved. Equipment needs to be replaced.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the employees, they work with the food and materials everyday.
