    Benefits are great, policies are clear, company has a strong focus on where they want to be and how to get there.


    They pulled out of the geographical area that I reside, so I could no longer work for them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    As with all Management positions, sometimes the work/life balance gets a little murky. Remember that your Managers are human, and (try) to have a life outside of work.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Cumberland Farms.

    Interview Details

    I applied online and then got a call from the company's HR department. On the phone, the lady explained the job and asked me some questions. I had an interview with a HR lady at the store I work at now. I then had an interview with my current boss. I was then offered the job, in which I accepted.
