I have been working at Cumberland Farms part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I love working here. I love welcoming the customers and getting to know them on a personal level. Mangers are wonderful. We are like a family 99.9%. Love cooking food

    Cons

None. Except the drama is causing the work to be uncomfortable, edgy, and almost hostile. And I've personally been sexually harassed by customers and nothing was done about it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think that Bill and Don are very nice people. Great mangers and I could go to any of them for a problem.

    Interview Details

I applied online and then got a call from the company's HR department. On the phone, the lady explained the job and asked me some questions. I had an interview with a HR lady at the store I work at now. I then had an interview with my current boss. I was then offered the job, in which I accepted.
