    You pretty much do your own schedule during project development stages and deal with customer directly. It is like having your own personal project with a lot of latitute and little or no supervision, and as long as you finish the project in time, showing a profit, and customer satisfaction, every thing is OK


    Projects field start-up very hectic and stressful. In large projects there are too many parties (companies) involved and dates and schedules are uncertain. Also most big projects require a lawyer to finish because when datelies are not met, every company starts blaming each other and are law suit threats and counter threats. 40% traveling and staying in hotels. Some time emergency calls that require travelling when and where you were not planning. Every project may bring something new, and you don't know how far, or if it going to be out of the State.

    Advice to Management

    Invest more on field workers resources and less in company cars to staff people that don't have to travel.
