    I worked at CustomerSat full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    This was a great place to work and I worked there for several years until I left to pursue opportunities in another country. I loved my team and the product we were working on. The one positive thing about CustomerSat was there was no finger-pointing.

    Cons

    Too many late nights working - that could be because of the startup nature of things.
