    I worked at CyberLink

Fast-paced, lots of opportunities to grow, fair performance evaluation, friendly environment, learning and sharing, flat organization, less political issues, clear objective setting

sometimes big stress, change fast so you need to be very flexible, work overtime is needed, need tp learn new technologies in short time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

be more open minded to adopt high level professional from external, try leverage core technology to penetrate new market, use global talent and resources

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 1 week - interviewed at CyberLink in April 2012.

    Interview Details

First I got an phone from the HR who asks me to go on-site interview. Then a standard TOEIC test. Afterwards, a sheet of C questions. Some are basic, some are advanced (pointers, array vs pointers, address...). The score came out immediately. Then we discussed some technical questions about the work. The offer was given out about 1 week later. The interviewer is nice and warm.
