Can be very easy to get hired.
Low pay(only good for someone who still lives with their parents) and no room for growth, just the lowest bidder. Inexperienced managers, supervisors, and so called accountants. Lack of human resource. Dangerous working environments. No tools or direction are provided, just spots that needs filling from anyone. Some new hires applied for certain departments with certain duties but when actually started, were sent to something else they didn't apply for. Working at this company for almost 5 years has got me a grand total raise of $1.80. So don't waste your time or energy hoping. This list can go on. The reviewer before this one is spot on about this company but there really IS way too many things to list. I stopped trying to figure out inconsistencies in my paychecks because there were to many that were too confusing to keep up and keep track of. It may be very tempting and all with the ease of hire and electronics. But one has to really reconsider before applying.
Advice to Management
Stop favouritism. Re-asses your skills on a honest level. Listen to your subordinates and the consumers. Monitor your supervisors and their decisions. Most of all, stop breaching employees rights.
