    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a weekinterviewed at Cynosure.

    Interview Details

Initially I was contacted by a recruiter. After a run-down of what each of us was looking for a phone interview was conducted. Nothing major to report there, it almost seem cursory. An in person interview was next, a schedule was presented with four people on it. It was requested that I arrive 15 minutes early. I'm not sure why that was the case, it might have been so that they could figure out that I was coming, as the front-desk receptionist had no idea I was on the schedule. After figuring out that I was I then waited 25 minutes for someone to show up to talk to me. Five more minutes and I would have walked out. The interviews were pointless, no major technical questions were asked, one interviewer literally stared at me for ten minutes without saying a word or responding to my questions. I feel like it was a waste of my time to even show up.

    Interview Questions
    • How many hours do you work in a week? I wasn't expecting that as I sort of assume that a salaried employee is expected to put in 40 hours a week.   View Answer

For patients who want to go deeper, its Smartlipo workstation allows cosmetic surgeons to perform a less-invasive procedure than conventional liposuction to target and reduce fat. Cynosure's laser systems consist of a control console and one or more handpieces. Through a direct sales force and international... More
