    I worked at D-Link full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The number one pro to dlink are the employees. It is an extremely friendly environment and a pleasure working there. Management respect you and treat you as an individual instead of a doormat.

    Cons

I found it difficult to consistent have work to do. Too much of the position was split and delegated to the point where there was not enough work and you did not feel as accomplished when you completed a project. I received only one raise while there for 7 years. Overall it's a slow to turn environment and doesn't have a high entertainment value leading to departure s.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reassess job responsibility distribution between directors and subordinates, set and stick to a review schedule, and try to inspire your employees more than a simple townhall meeting every now and then. Inspiration is and daily thing.
