    Application

The process took 2 days. I interviewed at D.R. Horton (Fort Worth, TX).

    Interview

Really a waste of time. The Ops Manager I interviewed with was probably a ninja when everything was done on a AS400. His questions were mainly related to tasks run from a command prompt. The Projects team Manager sat in and asked questions about football.

    Interview Questions

    • How would you resolve an IP address to a computer name from a cmd prompt (seriously)?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

I told them the minimum I would accept and after 3 days they called and made me an official offer. Considering the environment I walked into, I should have asked for considerably more!
