The mission is admirable: to serve as the voice of businesses in DC. The businesses that join are sincere in their desires to improve their market positions.

Top leadership is unable to work with strong talent; this is not an employer-of-choice for those who bring self-confidence and honed job skills to the workplace. Micromanagement and a culture of favoritism have created a stagnant organization with limited innovation.

    Advice to Management

Hire the best talent you can afford, give them the tools they need to perform and then let them do their jobs. Be extravagant with your support and motivation and stingy with your blame, gossip and negativity.
