Good organization; great owner; nice people. They developed their own database system that provides real-time entering and reporting ability, clients and company can keep track of campaigns as they develop. They have a central national call center based in NYC.
Limited work availability; company took a hit with the "recession;" not as many on-site campaigns as before; managers base pay has been lowered; moderate commission structure.
Advice to Management
Get back to the basics by putting the client first and providing a great service. The rest will (eventually) fall into place.
