I have been working at DHI Mortgage (More than 3 years)

    Pros

For being such a large company and the #1 homebuilder in America they really do have a close relationship with the employees. They offer great incentives and value employees. What you put in is what you get out.

    Cons

No cons that are immediately off the top of my head.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DHI Mortgage (Phoenix, AZ) in February 2015.

    Interview

It was a piece of cake. Except the fact I had to come back for a second one. Not sure why it couldn't have been done in the same interview.
