    Pros

    Very positive environment. The owner cares about his clients as well as staff. Very fair with pay and bonuses as well as benefits for part-time employees.

    Small company, can get slow at times.

    My resume was selected from a group for an executive position. I was phone interviewed by an HR person followed by three onsite interviews with the hiring manager and his management. Interview was relatively easy with few challenges.
