    The work enviornment is relaxed and you can quickly grow your career. Great benefits. They provide music in the office, lunches, meetings, artists on site and many other events that make it fun to come to work. You can grow your career between departments if you take initiative and are willing to learn new things.


    We just had performance reviews and I woudl like to continually have those each year.

    The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DMX (Austin, TX) in May 2009.


    Application was completed on after an internall employee suggested it as a possibility. Received a phone call for a preliminary screen of qualifications and short interview, followed by a 1 on 2 interview about 1 week later. 3+ weeks of trainging were received before starting out on the floor.

    There was no negotiation. Either the hourly wage was acceptable, or you didn't have to accept the position.
