    Pros

    Suburban location with great employees.

    Cons

    The owners are very conservative republicans, not surprising for Naperville, but surprising for a design firm, and how vocal and negative they are about the state of the country. Overall, it makes the office feel uncomfortable, and very quiet. Again, surprising for a design firm.
