    I worked at DRS TEM as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

    Work on new technology development for Condition Based Maintenance and Testing of vehicle maintenance systems. Staff is relatively light hearted as long as performance is in line. Overall enjoyable place to work

    Cons

    Confusion about overall objectives and internal departmental beurocracy can be difficult to navigate. To make headway make sure to market to each departments needs directly and barriers will fall.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Win more business. We warry of loosing top talent during times of restructure and potential oversight. Due to much to the beaurocracy it can be difficult to identify top performers for advancement. Management must dig deeper to find the diamonds they are producing as there is a lot of unsung talent within the organization.
