    Pros

Great company to work for. There has been a lot of growth opportunities and as always it does depend on the field and and line of work you are in. The company is committed to their core values.

    Cons

Working in the defense mark can be a challenge and you have to be prepared to handle the ups and downs that the company has to go through when sizing for those changes. A lot of the times it involves reducing headcount as a result. This can be a challenge to the work-life balance, but it can be worked through and overcome. Not all of the locations US-wide share the same corporate culture.

    Interview Details

Initial screening phone interview with HR and hiring manager. This was a thirty minute session which ended with a request to visit the site. Site visit included a tour of the facility plus individual interviews with potential co workers and supervisors; six "interviews" in all. Very informal sessions - no real gotcha moments. Co workers were very candid and forthcoming. At times I forgot it was a job interview.
