Coming to work everyday can only be described as a prison sentence because the atmosphere that the management gave was one of a dictatorial regime.
The company works with some really cool technology vendors but for all the wrong reasons. When the company takes on a vendor, you're encouraged to exploit the vendor account managers for lend then compound the issue further my lying about discounts to the end user to get more margin (you're rewarded with 20% commission on gross profit). This approach is repeated when a new vendor is taken on board until they figure out what's going on and stop the loop.
In terms of the end user customer; you're not encouraged to find the best solution to their requirements but instead take advantage of their naivety to maximise margins.
When it comes to leaving the company, I would advise that you leave in a position of strength as management have in the past through bitter spite given bad references and in an extreme instance falsely raised allegations of gross misconduct. For proofof this you can ask any of the previous employees via Linkedin who worked there during 2010k
Advice to Management
Have an honest and trusting approach with employees. Some may not work out but most will if you give it a chance
Getting an Interview
Getting an Interview

I applied in-person. The process took a week – interviewed at DVV Solutions (Stockport, England (UK)).
The interview process is there to allow the management to know what industry contacts you have an how they can exploit that for the business instead of interviewing you for your skills and allowing you to truthfully to find out about the company and how much value the company can give back to you.
