Former Employee - Assistant Vice President in New York, NY

I worked at DZ BANK full-time for more than 8 years

Great place to learn, flexibility and constant encouragement for growth.

During my tenure I was well treated and had many opportunities, Towards the end there were many changes in the management team, it became quite political which impacted morale and employee commitment levels suffered.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's important to ensure employees are happy and fully engage. Cost cutting has it's benefits but not when it comes at the expense of employee morale, limiting opportunity and creativity.

    Application Details

I applied through college or university - interviewed at DZ BANK.

    Interview Details

Initial communication was via phone then we proceeded to meet in person in an interview format. Questions were difficult but were mostly engineering driven. The interviewer was nice and approachable. We did not have any issues conversing and finding something engineering to discuss in a formal but sociable format.
