I worked at Daily Mail full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Love it or hate it, everyone have an opinion about the company - so always a great conversation starter. Digital is the most exciting area, so great place to be. Being part of transforming the oldest kind of media to the digital future is an exciting place to be, shaping the future and all that.

    Cons

Slow moving, like most newspaper businesses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Encourage innovation more, deliver it more frequently. Putting out an iPad app 2 years after everyone else has launched one isn't innovation. Learn more about lean start-up and the concept of MVP to get to market quicker.
