    Pros

Could work from home three to four days per week. Fairly good salary structure. The benefits package was very generous. Seemed to be a very stable environment, with clear company strategies, goals and initiatives. They are clearly explained to employees. They want their employees to be as successful as possible. Successful employees, means a more profitable company

    Cons

Advancement can be a slow process. Employees are there for several years before they can expect a promotion.

    Advice to Management

Management does an overall good job. The opportunities for advancement are their if you are patient. I don't think the hourly positions are paid enough for the work that is completed.
