I have been working at Dale Carnegie full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

The growth and development opportunities are world-class - access to all Dale Carnegie programs. It is also an opportunity to learn about a wide range of businesses, as the organization consults across a broad scope of industries. The people that are drawn to working in this business are generally very people-centric, so the culture is one that is supporting and fun.

    Cons

Not a con for everyone, but the job is pay-for-performance (not 100% commission, but the commission can make a big difference) - those who put in a reasonable amount of effort do very well here.
